Hey Chad, Lauri, Bruce & Diane

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how awesome it has been this past year;

Chad you have really made a difference in the way our centers look and the ease it is for me when it is time to open; you have made it easy for me not to fly out every few weeks to check on you, your work ethic is beyond & I thank you

Lauri has been a breath of fresh air in every phone call answered and every invoice she walks me through. I can feel the smile every time I call.

Bruce & Diane, I don't get to work directly with you too often, but I am sure without you guys Chad and Lauri would not be able to give me the 110% they always do.
