Re: CMS Construction Services, LLC-Chad Sandey

This letter will serve as my formal recommendation pertaining to CMS Construction, an affiliate of MFC Properties Corporation, on behalf of their building and construction services.

My company has leased office space from MFC Properties Corporation for the last 4+ years. During this time they have provided excellent services. Through the leasing, they have provided office space, property management, maintenance and other office services, that have far exceeded our expectations. They seem to prioritize our needs and have responded to any issue in a timely manner. They have been easy to work with and always approachable.

This relationship was the deciding factor for choosing CMS Construction Services for the construction of our new office building in Eagan. The Children's Therapy Center, LLC building is a 12,000 square foot single story, wood framed, commercial office/medical building. Children's Therapy Center, LLC occupies approximately 6300 square feet. Initially the project seemed overwhelming. Chad Sandey took us through the process step by step, answered all questions, went above and beyond to secure reasonable pricing with quality always in mind, and always communicated any issues related to the project. Chad has developed respectable relationships with the contractors that he works with which benefited the overall coordination and completion of the project on schedule.

Our building was completed on time, under budget and is beautiful. Our customers have been overjoyed with the improvement this new building has provided them and our business! We are very thankful that CMS was able to construct our building. The whole experience was positive and went smoothly. Any future projects with our business will definitely include CMS Construction.
