Lauri Lundquist is the Office Administrator for MFC Properties Corporation and assists the Vice President and the Property Manager/Construction Manager with day-to-day business operations. Lauri works closely with the Vice President managing business accounts, preparing marketing material for land / development projects and leasing to prospective tenants within the property portfolio. Lauri works closely with the Property Manager/Construction Manager who manages a portfolio of over 240,000 square feet of office and retail commercial properties. Lauri is Office Administrator for the construction company, CMS Construction Services, LLC, focusing mostly on the administration / accounting needs of the business.

Lauri has 16 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, leasing and development. Lauri has extensive administrative experience with monthly reports, marketing materials, billing and receivables and working directly with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors and tenants to provide the highest quality customer service.
